Returns & Refunds Policy

At Velora, our mission is to make fitness and lifestyle accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone wherever you are in the world. That’s why we offer a generous 30-day return policy for most items.

30-Day Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
    • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at tshegofatsomahuma6@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Returns must be sent to:
    Velora Returns, 3678 Dulcie September Street, Roodepoort, 1724, South Africa
    • Important: Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (for eligible cases) and instructions.

Note for international orders: Customers outside South Africa may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Wrong Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately if your item is:
    • Defective or damaged
    • Incorrect or not what you ordered

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original product first.
  • Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days pass without a refund, please contact tshegofatsomahuma6@gmail.com.

International & Legal Notes

  • Our 30-day return policy is more generous than legally required in most countries.
  • Consumer rights may vary by country, including cooling-off periods for online purchases (e.g., EU 14-day rule).
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that your local laws may affect your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
